Weird problem while programming my pok3r 3

Hi, i recently got myself a pok3r 3.
But just today, some problems pops out of nowhere, it was fine yesterday.
I programmed "steam://rungameid/570" to launch dota 2
It was fine it launched when i was programming it.
but when i launch it with keyboard shortcut, it took away the s for steam. which shows me in the run as team://rungameid/570 instead of steam://rungameid/570.
Other application acts the same way too the first letter was taken away no matter how many times i tries to reprogramme it. Anyway i can fix it?

Your title is really confusing me. Is there some kind of version that goes beyond the Pok3r? I thought the Poker 3 is just called a Pok3r?

1. FN + CTRL (right SPACEBAR LED solid)
2. S  (right SPACEBAR LED flashing)
this selects "s" as the trigger for the shortcut.  i usually program to "FN + s".  this way I can still type with the letter "s")

So yeah, i tried the ssteam thing and it still dos not work. have no idea why but now it took a lot more words with it. it turn from steam to team and now only m....
