KC60 programming issue

Is anyone else using momentary layer activation from higher layers? It's not working for me.

I'm using the KC60 configurator... I realize it's TMK, but I'm kinda clueless in that realm.

and my goal:
Layer 0: Dvorak with SpaceFn and TabFn
Layer 1: SpaceFn layer
Layer 2: TabFn layer
Layer 3: Qwerty with Space/TabFn

Using Space and Tab to momentarily activate layers 1 and 2 from the base works great. But even though they're configured the same, it just doesn't work from L3. Is there something I'm missing?

that url to your 'layout' looks hella nasty - i'm not clicking it. why not just upload it to a normal place like normal people.

It's called an IP address. All URLs resolve to them and the site is safe.

The dropdown menu for the function layers on layer 3 had "瞬时开启、 按键" selected, which apparently means "momentary open, button". I assume that means it will only open the desired layer while a function key is pressed or for a short moment after. I switched them to "开关层" or "switch layer" instead. Give that a try.

Yeah, I don't like it either, but believe it or not, this is the official configurator app for the KC60, and you can save configurations , which generates a unique hex code for linking (similar to keyboard-layout-editor.com). I could take screenshots and upload to Imgur or something, but then you wouldn't be able to click the various Fn keys to see what mode they were activating.

Thanks! The problem is that I need the "momentary open, button" for SpaceFn (which I have absolutely fallen in love with!) Simply pressing and releasing the space bar gives me a space (the "button" portion), but holding it and pressing another key activates Layer 1 (the "momentary open" portion). Works flawlessly from L0, but once I switch to L3, I'm stuck.
