Can I use this as an ingredient in retr0brighting?

http://www.sallyexpress.com/ion-peroxide-creme-developer-12-40-vol-100ml/

There's also a 9%. As it's a paste, could I just paste it on to the case, without all the corn starch fuss?

The one you linked should work but I know people use this one: https://www.amazon.com/Salon-Care-Clear-Developer-oz/dp/B004OKDW5W

It's good cause it's already thick and creamy so you just need to smear it on with a paint brush or something.

water it down

Keeping it on irregular surfaces long enough for it to do its job is always the problem.

Hence the glycerin, starch, fillers are all intended to make it stiff and sticky so that it doesn't slide off.
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

Mhh, could you line a small tub using silver foil to reflect the sunlight/heat and pour the peroxide in and put the caps face down?

I've used the OP product to great success. I've gotten even the yellowest of Apple keyboards to turn white again.

I usually lay out whatever I'm retrobrighting on seran wrap, then I coat it with the solution. Wrap it some more in seran wrap and leave it out in the sun for 30 mins to an hour.

when you say solution - do you mean that paste alone? or mixing it with something?
