Chyrosran22 did a review on a F122 — close to 4 kg. My 3101 is around 14 lb. or 6.3 kg, and this one looks even more massive.
My F-122s weighed in around 8.25 lb / 3.75kg, but I have not weighed my F-107. Even though the case is "metal" it is really rather lightweight.
But yes, those beam springs are ponderous.
