Not sure I've seen this one in particular, but there are shoes, chairs, tables, all sorts of things made out of keyboards (mock or otherwise).

There's even a few threads about it, but my search fu has deserted me this evening.

Come on, this is obviously a spoof.  Most slippers and sandals are made of cotton, leather, very soft plastic, or foam.  This is not practical for many reasons.  I can't imagine anybody would want to wear these unless you consider yourself a true keyboard nerd There are many kinds of shoes around us, the one I share just for fun and I dont see it in my daily life. But the one you list here does appear  :)
