What is this thing, part of the Dharma initiative?

Tektronix 4404 Artificial Intelligence System Keyboard

I was going to take a swing at it but missed the auction end.  I was busy drilling beneath the swan station.

EDIT:  It looks like recycledgoods has a couple, they're terminal boards  also this seller has a similar model

Looks like they were selling multiple pieces of an ai computer system, so bids probably got high from someone trying to win all components.  It looks proprietary so if you had the system without the board you'd be in trouble
