[IC]MING Dynasty SA Set

About Me:
My name is Cash, a Chinese Vendor mainly for SA GBs. Personally I’m a also SA sets collector that almost finish collecting all the existing SA sets. This is the first time I design the key sets, really appreciate your opinions and suggestions.

Background:
This the first Chinese theme SA sets and it is inspired by a book called 《大明衣冠图志》 which talks about the character and specialty of dress form MING Dynasty. The color theme is choosing from the imperial clothing, the first two is the cloth the Emperors’ daily wearing and the last three is the famous “Dragon Robe” only belongs to the Emperors. The design of the novelties is mainly based of the Chinese elements like dragon, phoenix, auspicious clouds and some of the are inspired by Jinyiwei or "brocade-clad guard", the secret police served the MING imperial military.

Looks great!

Don't like the blue much because I hate purplish blue. IMHO a dark greenish blue like BED would be better.

The original plan is to use BBI, but that one is not as darker as we want. So we plan to ask SP for customized color.

Love the set colors are great and go well with each other i missed getting "Troubled Mind" set but this one with the gold lettering just pops good work will buy if becomes a gb.

Second thing, i think u have to work with SP to make sure that ur purple color like ur images above. Because the purple in the trouble mind set make me doubt your set. Sr for my bad english >.<

Yes, I'm working on this now and the next update will put those two kits together and simpfily the novelties.

Can we change the Planck kit to a 40% kit and include support for the minivan and the jd45?  Or does the adapter kit include this?  I can't tell offhand.

Awesome! Round 2 of the minivan is dropping now so that should increase the demand for 40%

I think now groupbuys are run at massdrop, there are far more people seeing and buying keycaps and using new layouts.  The recent Chocolatier drop on massdrop sold 45 Dvorak/Colemak sets and almost made the 2nd drop point of 50 :)

Nice theme!

I would be in for golden alphas and purple everything else to make for the GMK "Kobe" set that missed MOQ. A basket-ball looking novelty Esc would be a dream addition, but it obviously does not fit into the Ming Dinasty theme.

And good to see that 1.25u Caps Lock in the Adapter kit.

The Adapter kit also has a R4 Delete keycap. Which layouts do require it?
