So is there a company out there that is the dominant player in aftermarket cases, preferably aluminum, for 60% keyboards? And if so, how does one go about convincing them to make cases in a particular color?

I would say TEX for here in america. Though I doubt they will do a custom color.
You can always buy one and re-anodize your self!

I agree with Bromono, if you're just looking for one just buy one and get re-anodized or powder coated.
