Performance mode:
We recommend Performance mode for
activities where fast reactions are important
(such as games). In Performance mode the
keyboard electronics send the signals in real
time from all keys that are pressed.
In Performance mode, the Win key lock is
activated. This stops you selecting Windows
commands by mistake.
When the Win key lock is activated, the signals
from the following keys are not sent to the PC:
• Windows key
• ALT + F4
• ALT + TAB
• CTRL + ALT + DEL
• To switch between Office and Performance
mode, press the CHERRY key ( ) above the
numerical keypad.
The Windows key changes between blue
(Office mode) and red (Performance mode).
The keyboard saves the setting.

so is it has to be blue for performance mode or red? am I the only one that can't understand? it says blue window is performance..

but at the bottom they switch it again.. so what is..

Try pressing one of the disabled key combinations in either mode. If it works, you're not in "performance mode". If it doesn't, you are.
