Howdy all! It's Tree from Wisconsin :D
« on: Thu, 15 September 2016, 02:00:31 »
I'm 21 years old and ordered my first mech a week ago (anne pro, gat blues) on the same day as my brother, who also ordered an anne pro (gat browns). I've been lurking around various mechanical keyboard communities for years but I finally bit the bullet and ordered one. I am very interested in getting some topre boards in the near future and I have developed a great interest in artisan caps, as well as nice key cap sets in general. I would love it if some of you would direct me in how to purchase artisans from this site, as I am so new here and this still feels foreign. I have always been a massive tech enthusiast and one thing that I love about the mechanical keyboard community is that it is SO accepting of other's key switch and layout/size preference, I see almost no arguing or debating whatsoever. We all just get along, which is rare for a tech enthusiast community. I also love how deeply rooted in design/art and creation the mech community is. I hope to get along great here!

Geekhack swears by the HHKB. I think on the MX side it's mostly accepting, but when it comes to HHKB, HHKB rules all. Welcome.
