Currently Im using a Membrane  keyboard, pretty much all i have ever known, didn't even know there was really different types of keyboards till about 3 years ago, last time before that of hearing about mechanical keyboards was those IBM keyboards back in the day, which was the last time i ever used one, but i was just a kid, to me it was just a "keyboard". BUT today you have MX switches Razer Switches, Khail switches, Gateron Switches, in a WIDE variety of colors, meaning many different things, the only thing i have under stood is Khail, is more wiggly, MX is more solid, Razer or just MX with Razer touches BLUES/GREENrazer are petty much ALL the same, from my understanding, then you got browns, blacks, green, clear, white, orange, yellow, purple ( which is a round switch looks fake to me), non the less its all Confusing to me. only keyboard besides membrane, is typed on a display model of razer keyboard, which i liked, but not sure what switches it had ( had no click, but butter smooth compared to what i am use to). can some one explain or send me some where that does plain or just read below

I am a Heavy hand, while playing game i always accidentally hit a key i don't mean to hit, with my membrane keyboard,  clicks Sounds does not bug me, and i do not stream, I would like good tactile feedback you can feel in every key stroke, like a bump, where i can hit a a lot of keys and register, i am a fast don't look at my hands typer/gamer. Attacked wrist rest, that is sturdy (i do on the couch gaming, and keyboard sits in lap, and mouse on end table) i don't play FPS, mainly play mmo RPG, RPGS, 3rd person action, Id like a fully programmable keyboard that will allow different profiles set, RGB Lighting, where each key can be programmed to different colors do specify what they do for when i do occasionally look at the keyboard when playing a game. 6 foot long sturdy cable, detachable would be a plus, FULL keyboard layout with numpad (i use it a alot) and a all around sturdy keyboard and keys, in the price range of 80-100 USD , i was looking at this keyboard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00U3LOH3W/ref=twister_B01CHQ7YIA?_encoding=UTF8&th=1, i think it does everything i like, but then again i know nothing about switch types, and the only thing i herd about khail is they wiggle alot, and im not sure if that is something i would like. please some one find the right keyboard for me in my price range.

Your issue with missing keys under fast input isn't likely to be remedied by a different keyboard. Sometimes keycap shape and profile can help, but mostly that's just going to be practice.

Understanding the different switch types these days can be daunting. Deskthority (our more euro centric friends) has a good wiki with details about many switches so for reading I'd point you there for reading. I think most people would tell you at the very least to make a preference choice about linear, tactile, or click and start looking down one path. It can be hard to choose if you've only ever used a cheap rubber dome, but you kind of have to start somewhere. 

I can't help much with the linked keyboard... but my general recommendations for a first mech is to try and get something with a layout that can be covered by standard keysets. One of the first things you will want to do in this hobby is put a fun and quality set of keys on the thing, and many keyboards use strange sizes in some places, especially the bottom row. The keyboard linked is one of those that most keysets will not fit.

If an attached wrist rest is an absolute requirement you are greatly restricting your choices.
