What keyboard is this (Similar to Focus FK-2001)
« on: Thu, 29 September 2016, 09:40:57 »
Hi, I have recently got myself a FK-2001 with SKCM Blue but there is also another one in which i could also buy, the one on top. It uses the similar design case without any badge but utilizes ALPS clone switch. What is it actually, and is it worth getting one? He offered me $20 including shipping. And can I swap the case of that thing with my FK-2001 ? since my FK-2001 does not come in clean condition.

Picture below, thanks.

Looks like a focus clone, focus never used a layout with a 1u backspace on any of their 101-102 boards. Nice score on the Blue alps 2001! What about the other 2 focus 2001s in the pic? were you able to snag them too?

Someone already bought the one on top, but i dont think the bottom one is in 100% usable condition either.

Got my FK-2001 for less than $30 including shipping, works perfectly but need major exterior cleaning though.
Deals like this comes once in awhile in Thailand (where I live), the only vintage board people value here is the IBM Model M, the other doesnt worth much (including SKCM Blue boards).
