Where to buy this kind of keyboard ?

Hi i m looking for a keyboard that have TKL Layout and Cherry style caps lock board.

Switch doesn't matter , Color doesn't matter...

just TKL and have Cherry Capslock style

Haven't found any myself. You could try and mod a cheap keyboard though.

But aren't all Capslock (next to 'A') stepped?  This is a vestige from the Model F XT, in which the Capslock (then occupied by Ctrl) was stepped on both the right and left.

On Cherry G80/G81s, they are, but there's no TKL version of them. Modern TKLs like Filco Majestouch 2 use full touch Caps Lock with a centered stem.

I just bought on eBay a Leopold FC660M and a set of dye-sub keycaps (last set he had...) from widebasket. In the set of keycaps is a stepped caps lock.... ( http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/282072639210?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and the key is at the right hand top...) Is that what you are looking for? He has one set left that has that stepped keycap but it has no legends.

The Leopold FR750R is a TKL board. (edit:) It looks like it will fit that - no guarantee since I do not have a FC750R and do not have the items on hand yet...

Is TechKeys' key not in DCS profile? I don't think it would look good together with OEM profile.

I second the recommendation for Leopold keycaps. They are some of the best quality caps I have seen: PBT (including the space bar), thick walled, Cherry profile, sharp edges, nice texture.
The sets come with both stepped and non-stepped Caps Lock.
I use the stepped Caps Lock on a Ducky keyboard with centred Caps Lock stem. It works well.
The top surface of the Caps Lock is the same size as the Tab key above though, not as small as on Cherry's keyboards.

You could get a TKL keyboard with cheaper keycaps for relatively little money these days. Just make sure that the size of the keycaps match. The key sizes that vary the most are on the bottom row: the keys to the left and right of space bar. They should all be the same size: 1.25 × wide a regular key.

Edit: Or... get a Leopold TKL keyboard from the start. They have them for preorder at MechanicalKeyboards.com:

They don't seem to come with the stepped Caps Lock key, but you could perhaps buy the matching stepped key from someone on this board who had bought the individual set. That could even be cheaper.

And yes, we are talking only ANSI here. Leopold does not make keyboards in other language-specific layouts that I am aware of. I use blank keys (non-printed) myself, with an Enter key from another board.

I was just looking for a TKL with stepped Caps Lock key. That was practically the only one I could find. Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with it?

First, the keytops are very unremarkable.  Second, the construction is solid but very rough.  Third, it's badly packaged.  Fourth, the switches are somewhat inconsistent (though I think you can order it with a range of switches on Taobao).  Fifth, the backlighting comes at a huge premium.

I had that for less than a day and brought it back to the shop: horrible to type on and it had two left arrow keys instead of one left and one right arrow. Replaced it with a Deck Hassium.
