Agreed! A great meetup! Was great to meet so many people and try out so many different keyboards! However I didn't manage to talk to Thomas today!

Aww . I was around for most of the day Oo .

I turned up late because I missed my first train. I then made my way round the other side of the table and by the time I got round the corner of the table where you were, you were packing the boards away

I've got some photos, but I can't find my card reader :/ They are not great anyway, but I will see if I can get them up tonight.


I think next time, we will do things a little more organized and get a proper meet up place, Birmingham seemed to be a good middle ground for most people there. I only bought 2 boards as well, I got back on Sunday and had a look at my collection, but they are all being worked on, hopefully next time, I can bring 5 or 6.


Name cards are a must though! It was a good first meet up and it was ace seeing some cool people and tasty boards. Really looking forward to the next one

I think we were going to have on in Birmingham in September/October time because that's when a couple of guys were going to be moving up to the Midlands area. We can always have another one sooner i just don't know how good the attendance will be if we have them quite often.

Birmingham would be a much smaller trek for me compared to London, I'm all for that!!

I'm fine with either (lived in Bristol for years and some of my friends still live there so that's not much of an issue for me), but strictly speaking, Birmingham is a lot closer and cheaper to get to for me.

Well it will likely go to a poll again, as we want what is beneficial to the masses rather than easier for a few individuals. But that will all be organised soon. Gotta get past Xmas first!
