Thought it might interest someone as it's NIB, and these are regularly over twice as much before shipping:

And, I think that quality standards were considered much better in 2007. Native PS/2 as well - no converter needed.

:D

Also, that is definitely a good deal, by the way. In fact that's a steal.

Indeed, and it'd be just one more reason for my wife to yell at me—so, as usual these days, I'm passing it along.

I'm pretty sure that model UNI0T52 is rubber dome.

Yup it is.

Looks like mr626 found out from Unicomp in 2011 that it was here.

They pop up every now and then.

You know what, i did a little more poking (Every so often I think about picking up a cheap rubber dome 122).

This guy's crazy, misleading paragraph and a half about the history of buckling spring keyboards is because he bought two of these from this listing here (check the history of purchases to see him) and then put these up for sale for "less" with a higher shipping charge, copied the description and the photos, and added a totally misleading rant about how awesome the Buckling Spring Model M and F keyboards are.

I think he thought he was buying an buckling spring keyboad, and rather than re-listing them later as "This is the rubber dome version! Use it in your office so you don't get murdered on your lunchbreak!" he went and added a bunch of bucking spring discussion that he is extremely careful to word that it's not this board but just a general praise of the Buckling Spring Model M.

That's super ****ty.

9 days later and no-one has bought either of them!

Doesn't ship to Australia though.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Hasn't it been determined that these are rubber-dome variants?
