how long will the buy be open?
I hate to say it, but closed up for the season. Won't be open until fall. I will leave the order form link up, but I won't be smoking anymore cheese until the fall.
The reason is multi faceted, but is because of the temperature. When it gets to warm, I have to hard of a time keeping the temperature low enough in my smoker. Plus, I don't trust the cheese sitting in hot warehouses, plus hot delivery vehicles that long. In the winter time it isn't as much of an issue, due to cargo areas of vehicles not being heated.
