I've seen a lot about the Holtite inserts lately. Has anyone had extensive technical experience with them? I'm curious as to if anyone has measured to see if they induce any measurable resistance into the system and how well they stay in when removing switches and anyone's general experience. Do you recommend them or advise against them?
