Got update from leeku PCB will come next wednesday to him.
And case from KBDfans will come next wednesday too to my home.
Here's some picture of fitting case with PCB.
Seems we got extra 2 hole on bottom of case, but wei said it's just need grinding and case from kbdfans sent to me is fixed case.
I will give you picture when i get that.

Maybe there will be another case option:
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=92403.0

It started as a case i wanted to design for me personally and the YAS-pcb in particular. but now i think it may be an interesting alternative, not just for myself.

if there will be enough interest, i'll check if i can fit different versions like 60% standard and the YAS-version here together in one order.

Interesting case design.
A few questions:
1. Does the plate mount to the top frame? Or to the bottom? And it is a "top-mount" case approach, I believe.
2. Is it a high-profile or a low-profile case? The one with Dolch caps seems to be low-profile. I personally prefer high-profile and I dislike low-profile so much that I want to move all low-profile keyboards out of my sight...

Interesting case design.

thank you.

I don't want to hijack this thread, this here is for the YAS only. so please post question regarding the case over there.
@menuhin all your questions are answered in the starting post, i know, it's a little bit much to read, sry :)

Finally after stuck on custom clearance about 2 weeks case from KBDFans arrived to my home 2 days ago.

There's picture i take with keycaps to see how gap ob blocker fit perfectly, but for bottom case gap i think it bigger than others.
But that's ok for me.

I got some news from leeku and i think it will be another heart breaker.
After i'm looking back to new PCB i found that :
- Missing hole centered stem 6u has been fixed
- Missing 1 stabilizer hole fixed too
- But split spacebar flipped (which is must be 2.25u-1.25u-2.75u) to fit perfectly with plate i design not fixed yet :(

So leeku made another PCB and will be send it to me by 18 November.
For PCB done before with flipped spacebar (2.75u-1.25u-2.25u) i think i will sell it as B-stock and made another plate to sell it as extras.
I will find new plate vendor to get it faster and i hope it will make cost lower but still with same quality.
I really hope can finish it this last month, it's been too long for you to get this PCB.

augh. those pictures look so freakin' good though. I'm dying tbh.
I'm glad you're being so transparent and working hard for us and accepting nothing but the best!

I hope I get the plate/pcb by the end of the year with my keycaps and case :)

"But split spacebar flipped (which is must be 2.25u-1.25u-2.75u) to fit perfectly with plate i design not fixed yet"

this particular detail is not an issue for me, since I won't use split spacebar anyway. So for me you can just send this version. this way you wouldn't have to sell it as b stock. hope I can support this GB this way a bit.

I was really surprised that not more were excited about this PCB. maybe the renderings from my case IC will arouse some more interest, so you might be able to make a round two in the future.

I can't do anything else except being transparent since this is my first GB too.
I hope everything goes well :)

Yeah for universal or other layout still ok to, there's need 15 PCB need to fix to fit split spacebar plate i made.
I talk too leeku just make another plate for that 15 pcs with new design plate. But he said he will make new PCB.
So we need to sell that last PCB too.

Sure I have plan for round 2 but it will be full kit with case, but i will change pcb not from leeku i will make new firmware with my friend and make case here in Indonesia so i can controll everything.

I hit the space bar mostly using my left thumb, this seems perfect to me!  :p
Please reserve one of these PCB+plate for me.

Thanks again for making sure that all things are working.

You can order the TINA YAS62 case from KBD (Wei) directly from their website, it is now listed there:

You have got the case before the PCB!  :thumb:

Smalls update:
- Layout has been fixed and submitted to factory with both support split spacebar (2.25u-1.25u-2.75u) and (2.75u-1.25u-2.25u)
- Plate shipped already to leeku from factory so it will be shipped to me next week
- I have 73 PCBs extras with just support (2.75u-1.25u-2.25u) for split spacebar and i will sell it about $50 for PCBs less $5 dollars from fixed PCBs :)

Let me know if you want add extras to your order or if you missed from last order. I'm still find new factory for plate i find one atm with ss material about $25 each

I missed the original GB but am 100% interested in picking up a split-space PCB and plate if there's extra stock.
