Man if I got a Das I would have to send it to ripster so he could sand blast the case. I don't know how anyone can deal with that shiny case.

I don't like the shiny stuff too much either. It collects dust and finger prints like nothing else.

They're out of the "Silent" model.  They just lost my business.  Well, not really, I don't think I would have bought one, anyway.  I am waiting for Elitekeyboards to stock the G80-18xx HUMUS.
