[WTB/WTTF] IBM Beam Spring (negotiable)
« on: Tue, 14 March 2017, 16:51:24 »
Willing to trade from the options below and also to buy if any is more convenient. I have:

1. A very rare Topre realforce 101 winkeyless part no ML0100 from 2003,
Dye sub PBT for most keys and ABS spacebar
Variforce keys (say for example the keys in the middle of the keyboard are heavier than those on the edges such as A lighter than S)

2. NEC PC-8801 Alps Blues(light/heavy)/Latching

Dye sub PBT and ABS Double shot with space bar too, genuine alps (will add photo of backplate too)

Keys were a bit gummed up but I cleaned most of it that most keys click again now. It has a strange connector like a DIN, except with a few rows of small pins. Case is probably ABS as well, and is cracked on the right side from some impact. Spacebar stabiliser tabs have been refurbished too as one had broken off.

I am willing to throw in another alps board (White/Black tactile) in case you want it :)

Really need a Beamspring for my typewriter keys and to reverse engineer the switches, thank you for looking comrades.
I have also $300 USD up for grabs. Any beamspring that can convert to USB with xwhatsit will be desirable. You will be supporting an aspiring engineer in his adventures to create the cherry profile buckling spring/beam spring switch if you help me out with a beam spring board :)

Alps blacks for a Macway TEC and also a pioneer board. One of them I snapped the spacebar in half but will glue back together XD. Macway is pad print though the pioneer seems to be polymer fusion
