I'm new to this community but have already stalked some diy alps projects and even discussions about other stuff.
I'm from Europe. TO be exact- Latvia.
I'm right now having 4 vintage cherry mx blue boards with around 220 switches on them. 2 cherry my 7000, 1 alps clone keyboard with nice linear switch mod (my first buy) and another alps clone switch keyboard but i'll mod the heck out of it cause case is just awesome.
I'm buying keyboards from my local electronic dissembly point (I don't know the name exactly in english) and buying them there. If you are interested in special models/ switches etc. then maybe we can talk something out.
(I'm the only buyer from them so I have special privelage in my region
