I'm swayed away from Cherry MY. Whatever it is that you can see between the keys could be a PCB, and I'm thinking, maybe Sicotast S7 switches:

There are certainly similarities.
Is it worth getting? If it's cheap, and you've got space for it, definitely — something else you can add to the wiki.
