Northgates are very well built, but the condition this one is in (stickers on the keys) it's a little much. Sure, you could clean it, but it's seems well-used and for that price, you could probably do better. I'm asking that much for mine, and it's nearly brand new.

Any way you could try a Northgate before buying to know if you like the feel/sound?  Would be a shame to invest and not like it.  It's clearly used although condition doesn't look too bad from what I can see.  I don't like that fact that the top row of function keys aren't real keys like my Omnikey Ultra (below).

DIP switch settings, IIRC, let you set which set of F-keys to use.
