First Keyboard Build Getting Excited But Want some Opinions
« on: Thu, 21 September 2017, 15:27:51 »
As the title says I am thinking October I be building my first keyboard it will be a KBDFans 75% teal on teal!

A few questions thought that are all over the board

any reason these stabs wouldn't work? https://www.massdrop.com/buy/44083

Next Question to LED or not to LED! If I did go with LED's I am seriously think about going with

Then final question is I was looking at 60/40 lead solder but someone mentioned they preferred 63/37 I think the 63/37 might have a lower melt temperature so it might be more ideal for a newbie like me but opinions please.

I guess I need to lube the stabilizers are is that optional! I want to do this right the first time cause will.. I plan to get a more expensive board in one of the upcoming group buys. It be far easier to screw up this little 175 dollar board then something that cost twice that much or more.
