Yes it is. Rubber dome Model M part numbers begin with "7"

Well, it wasn't a 82G3292. I don't know where the seller got that idea, but that's not a known p/n.

After magnifying and contrast-enhancing the shot of the label, it looks like it was a 82G2384:





...which, according to DT's Model M variants list, is a Latin American Spanish layout with buckling springs.
