Yeah...that's the type of thing I was making reference to...

For all we know tattoli will ultimately be a great contributing member, but there's somewhat of a sense of nonsense about that.

I love you guys. Went to a buddies house yesterday and he was using this new keyboard that comes with the imac. It looks like a tiny little thing and feels absolutely horrendous - and although I attempted for HOURS to show him the light about buying a new board (this guy types ALL DAY) he refused to understand. And the worst part is  - he is loaded (lotta money). He could buy a happy hacking without thinking about it which is what I recommended to him. .... Oh well I'll have to keep chugging along.

I told him I learned about keyboards on this forum and he says "THERE'S A KEYBOARD FORUM!?" with absolute disbelief. :) we gotta keep chuggin along.
If there ever is a second batch let me know - I'd like to be able to "represent" to people that I am not crazy and am not alone!!

Have experienced that quite a lot, even though by now we are in the google top 5 of about every keyboard related search you can imagine. Slowly we will take over the world.. or something.

Stuff all packaged today. This is how you will receive the keys. Now to actually package everything into bubble-wraps and then label the envelopes.

Everyone but tattoli has paid now, there are three more days for him to pay up.
If the order is not paid by then, it will become available. So if you missed your chance, keep an eye on this topic.

There's a lot of people who wouldn't give an IBM Model F (AT) a second glance; and can you blame them? Most good keyboards look old; people have this mentality that old things are bad.

The ONLY way to convince someone (or even yourself) is experience. Simply show the individual who you are convincing the product. Let them try it out for a bit.

EDIT: and yeah those keys look awesome: but I don't have any keyboards to use those in.

Sorry guys I did not have the time yet to update the status on each order manually. About 20 sets have been shipped so far, the rest is going out tomorrow. You should all be receiving your keys soon. Germany and Europe should be arriving today or tomorrow.

Too bad I missed out on this one - I'm a new member who found this site by chance. It was like opening a lid of an opaque jar and peering inside. Eyes widened and drool started dripping from the corners of my mouth.

Maybe next time :)

All of the sets have been shipped now. Status updated on 2nd page.

Today I ran into a problem and had a return of the parcel shipped to pfink, DHL claims it was not postpaid. This is funny because I sent it from the post central and of course had them weight and verify it before shipping. I paid the same shipping as for the other six key sets, which by now arrived in Korea. I will look into this and reship it ASAP. I hope DHL will refund me, since its clearly their fault. Pfink, I apologize for the delay in your order, DHL/Deutsche Post screwups are out of my control :(

I see what you are doing. First you hijacked pfink's sets, then you start reselling them!

Damn, my evil plan has been revealed.

Seriously, for those that only want a single key.. the problem is I already have all of these packed in sets of two. I could rip them apart again but then I would have to buy new envelopes and stuff. I still have a few keys that I kept for myself and if it comes down to it I can split them up I suppose.

Received OK and IMO fairly quickly too...thanks! Things of beauty they are. Promptly attaching one to my counterfeit Cherry numpad, and the other is fated for something with Cherry blues in the near future, hopefully.

I dunno if you're doing the whole heatware thing for the geekhack caps but if so I'd be happy to leave you some.

I think your keyboard's 'C' key may not be operating correctly. Silly Jermans :)
