Nice pics! I'll bet you did all that just so you could take the "Soldering Complete" photo. ;)

..

 Eunjea:

This and your previous thread are both interesting threads and mods, especially the disassembly photos, as I have a couple of AT-101W boards...

If you still have the AT101W circuit board...would it be possible for you to take a photo or two of the component side of the board, specifically the microcontroller and the components surrounding it...and to post it here ?

I'd like to see it and maybe trace out the circuit for the MCU, although I think it'll be pretty standard.

Thanks.

Won't that black painting be fragile? I mean, painted plastic is not exactly most durable type of surface, especially if it is homemade and on keyboard.
Unless it is a vinyl dye.

Nice job there, again.

I'd suggest keeping that key set from the Nan Tan, someone among our German members might be interested in it for beefing up a Chicony KB-5182 with Alps or Monterey switches or similar.
Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D
