Bathroom heater that has also fan mode?

So I'm looking for a bathroom heater as seen here:

But I want it to also have an option to just fan air (without heat)...
Do things as such exist?
Where can I find them?

We have one similar to your second link. It works fine, but it is not a very efficient fan since it doesn't have much surface area.
