Long spacebar is long. Square thumb keys are cheaper I suppose. I sort of wish makers would only bastardize the ANSI keyboard layout instead by segmenting the spacebar like Japanese layouts, so long as the area under "NM" were contiguous.  Maybe the same constraint to "CV" for weirdoes. Doing both you could have another key centered under "B." That might be too cute, however.

The extra keys should be programmable of course.

I like how they didn't get a license to use the windows keys and instead supplemented with "WIN".
Yes, WIN; because no one wants to buy a cheap keyboard like that, so you'd have to win it instead.

The key size is nonstandard. The case is to rigid (my wrists feel tingly just looking at the thick height and steep narrow ridge); certainly some ergonomy is desired. And the name is so weird I'd flee away from it.
Plus, if a company doesn't have registered keys with microsoft; I'd want to know why.

Same case Filcos use. I never got the impression anyone had problems with that.

To save license fees? I like that. I have zero desire to pay for a windows logo on my keyboard, but most manufacturers force me to do so for some strange reason.

Unicomp uses the win 98 logo (still certified to use it to begin with). I'd assume they're allowed to do that; they're not a major market player. And most of their keyboards are the standard model M layout.

The worst example of this was when I got some Corsair DDR2 to upgrade my Mam's computer, and there were stickers on the DIMMs claiming that they were Vista compatible...

Some clone x86 chips back in the 90s used to have Windows flags on them to indicate Windows 95 compatibility...

Sounds like the acer monitors I've unpacked that said "vista compatible".

This keyboard is a ****ing scam. The print on the keycaps are uneven, some keys are almost not printed and only one or 2 are really golden printed.
Recommending that keyboard is really not willing to help people.

High disapointment.



- look at the "{[" keys difference over the enter key: one is really printed the other one almost not at all.
- look at the 2 keys on the left of the enter one: almost not printed at all.
- The only really printed key (too much???) is the Q (by the way in phonetic "Q" means ass in French... ironic isn't it?) and almost the "7".

And I'm not talking about the kind of white veil covering unevenly the keys...

They don't do any QA.
