[Need Help] Cannot use Shift + Arrow Up to highlight text in my UNIQEY C70

I am using Uniqey C70, and I mess around with the key mapping in the uniqey software. I ended up using the default one. However, using Shift + up acts like just press up. (shift + left/right/down works fine). Is there any solution to this? Or is there any way to reset this keyboard?

PS. I press Shift on my laptop keyboard and up on my c70, and it works fine.

and press Shift on my c70 and up on my laptop also works.

I also notice that I cannot long-press on up key, but works fine for other keys.
