We are hoping in about 60 days, which we have said before. *However, we have started to build them with only a few snags so far!

I believe most of their 'boards are ALPS (compatibles); I know the Smartboards are for sure.

SmartBoards are neat gimmicks I guess. If with used with a ceiling projector they'd be more useful.

Ah, that's the one I was think of. Epson BrightLink.

I work for Epson btw (only for 2 more weeks :D), with printers/scanners though.

I take requests for making keyboard converters (i.e. *old keyboard* to USB).

The eBay special from last year with the crushed ESC spring:

My spring has recovered, and then regressed when I stored another keyboard on top.
I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.

Ceiling projector?  I don't understand the reference/relationship.

As an owner of a 10 year old SmartBoard, and a 6 year old SmartBoard, I can say the layout isn't bad once you get used to it (and has some advantages I think), and it's one of a very, very small number of mechanical split-ergo keyboards.  It also has feet in the front that have two different height settings so that you can elevate the front of the keyboard.  I'd certainly take a SmartBoard over a Microsoft ergo.

He's referring to this company's products - whiteboards that use a projector to display an image, and electronic markers and such that communicate with the board.

Can't compare until we see one...
IBM Model F XT + Soarer's USB Converter || Cherry G80-3000/Clears

The storage list:
IBM Model F AT || Cherry G80-3000/Blues || Compaq MX11800 (Cherry brown, bizarre layout) || IBM KB-8923 (model M-style RD) || G81-3010 Hxx || BTC 5100C || G81-3000 Sxx || Atari keyboard (?)

The ceiling projector comment seemed like a joke to me...  I took it to mean the boards are so ugly that one would have to look straight up when using it so it was out of their line-of-sight.  I chuckled.
