I'd completely forgotten that we're coming up on Geekhack's SIXTH BIRTHDAY.

so we are going to celebrate as if it were 2012, basically.

we will be rolling out promotions with our vendor partners, contests with fabulous prizes over the next few weeks. some of them will coincide with keycon because i will be there, rknize and hashbaz will be there, and i'll probably just tell people since it's easier that way. apparently this will be streamed so then you'll know. it's just a lot less work on my part

AND NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

I know you're trying to delay with the details about the cover contest... but can we at least know whether there will be any guidelines for it? Or a completely FFA idea buffet? I just can't decide if I can think of any random idea I like or if I will need to conform to a certain theme? (Plus... I don't have a QFR

Can I just make these covers fit onto one of my TKL keyboards and pretend it's a QFR?
