That being said, the PBT feel on these keys are really nice. Topre like I dare say.
Cherry Original Dye subs are way smoother of course.

I have to say this looks really good. Like it look so natural it's almost like if it was designed for it.

And yes I gotta say I didn't notice the # sign until someone mentioned it. Feel a bit bummed but not too bad I guess. At least overall the keycaps still look great :P

They really do feel amazing. PBT caps were probably the thing I missed most about switching from Unicomp to Filco, and these feel miles better than the Unicomps ever did.
Well worth the wait.

Although I do not have the set from this GB in my possession yet for comparison, the # legend on my Dolch set looks very similar to the cherry replica set photos posted ITT so far... I believe the retro cherry # legend is quite flat compared to the other legend sets out there.

on your dolch set it looks at least uniform to scale being horizontal.
On our cherry replicas, it looks to be too short compared to the @ and $ imo.

I was looking around today then I noticed all cherry double shot have # sign like that. I think that's how it's suppose to be. A little bit weird but I guess IvanIvanovich did a good job at copying it exact the same

Also as promised before that I'd take some non-potato pictures when I have time. So I took pic of both set that I got. Initially I like the blank better but now I think I like the blue letter set better.

The Cherry grey is still a little bit different than the Filco beige but I think this is the closest match that I've seen aside from the Filco stock keycaps. That and a bright sunny day definitely make everything look better

Sooo, i got them. It’s pretty much as I expected, they don’t work very well with Costar stabilizers, all keys don’t bottom out on the plate but on their stabilizer, but it’s much less annoying than with original Cherry dyesubs.

Really really great keys overall. I don’t know which PBT keys I prefer. SP doubleshot PBT probably, but out of normal SB PBT, KBC OEM PBT and this one … Tough choice.

I sort-of prefer the IBM #, because it's what I'm used to, but this one has more "character" to it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my dvorak/thick PBT.

Mine finally arrived (second batch guy here), and they do feel and look as good as expected. Actually I think these feel better than the few Desko dyesubs I have, so the feel is almost Topre level for me personally. Good feeling of oneness with PBT?

Now I just have to find a white 7x spacebar and four blank white 1.5x mods... Ugh.

I took the pic with number pad 0 because I'm too lazy to pry open enter key but it's same idea. Where after I press the end all the way when, when the wire bends 90 degrees the middle part of the stabilizer wire will grind against the inside of the enter key. I had to take a knife and shave off the inside a little bit also swap my stabilizer wire from enter key with my backspace stabilizer wire for it to work properly again. Is it a problem with cherry profile keys or maybe my stabilizer wire is bent ever so slightly?

I don't know if scoops would be possible. Actually on most of my Cherry dyesubs there is nothing. F J just have a regular flat key like D K. No scoop, nub or anything at all.

Actually some scooping can solve the problem. Maybe it's not the most elegant solution but it's easy to do if you have the tools and it works.
