Got my keys.. All keys are accounted for, and they look great! Thanks guys!

Thanks for letting me know that everything arrived safely!

Status Update
Yesterday there were some technical issues with Java and my printer which ate up a good bit of time to resolve for printing the labels for International packages. For this reason, no additional invoices went out yesterday.  :-[

The good news is that all payments that have been received have been processed and shipped. The first of the International orders went out yesterday and everyone should have received your tracking numbers.

More invoices will be going out this afternoon now that I'm more adapt at the International side of things and I apologize for the delay and thank everyone for their patience.

Awesome packing job BTW... USPS could have kicked them all the way here and they'd still be OK. ;)

Mine arrived yesterday! I haven't counted every key yet, but judging by the packing slip it looks like everything's there. Thanks!

Now I just need to decide which board to put them on...

Right now it's just a bunch of little baggies...  I apparently duplicated my order somehow, not quite sure how.

hmm USPS saying delivered but i go out on doorstep and its not there. mailbox is far away in my townhouse complex and haven't checked it yet but im hoping that either usps marking it as delivered early (which is f'd up but they have done it before) or its small enough to go in a mailbox (which i doubt). hoping its not a address thing

It may well mean that it went back to the Post Office on the truck.  Sometimes my local postmen are so busy that they don't actually deliver though it says "delivered" on the tracking page.  I've called my post office about it before, and they just tell me to wait for it, that my package should go out the next day.  I'd see if your tracking updates in the evening.  Even if it doesn't, you might get the package tomorrow.

right after i wrote that post i heard a loud THUD at my door. i assume it was that my package was thrown at my door out the mailtruck window (no **** they do that, drive by thrown packages)

Dude Mashby, holy **** man you went overboard on the packaging, like you took it to a level ive never had before when it comes to key cap orders

But i have to thank you, just look how my box arrive (no joke)

opening up. BOXCEPTION, double boxes inside one box wrapped in bubble wrap AND surrounded by high quality packing peanuts

and inside all that are these three bags, do not use this picture as visual representation of colors, the phone is all wacky on colors for some reason

we dont do lockers here, its odd, they just throw packages at my door, my other apartment complexes did lockers and i loved that stuff. i guess its because i live in a townhouse apartment, so i have an actual doorstep.

I really have to second everything said above regarding the packaging, this is easily the most well-packed group buy I've ever participated in!  Huge props to Mashby for the double (quadruple?) boxing!

Thanks, guys!

Loving these caps with the MX Green switches, the combo makes for a really nice typing experience.  I used the dished F and J keys in the home row (and dished 5 in the number pad), adds that extra bit of vintage feel.  Did I mention how much I'm loving it?   :thumb:

The boxes that we chose for shipping by weight were pretty large, so I opted to go a bit overboard. Looking at the condition of your box, I'm very glad that I did.

Thanks for the pictures!

Update
No payments came in today, so no trip to the post office for me. Yea!

I did get out a bunch of invoices though. I didn't get to the Asian countries yet, but I'll get to that either tomorrow, or over the weekend. I know you guys have been waiting and I'm sorry that I couldn't get to all the invoices today. I do see light at the end of the tunnel though!

Ok i got these on my ergodox and i have used them for the past 5-6 hours

one thing is that they are really tall on the ergodox, and if you have a full hand you cant rest your hand anymore on the case unless you add some padding, i anticipated this but i didn't imagine it to require i double do it on kenesis pads (using my used ones from a long time ago). so far so good, awesome stuff. it would probably work better on my other ergodox with the wooden rests but that ergodox is pretty much out of commission.

Got my invoice today and paid it right away :)

Was a little shocked that it said ~40$ for international shipping, as IvanIvanovich was able to send me 4 complete dyesub PBT sets plus the purple GMK Mod set for 20$ plus fees.

But looking at how careful Mashby apparently packed everything it's probably worth it  :thumb:

In total this might be the most expensive set I bought here on GH but looking at these pictures I don't regret a thing ;)

Was that shipped Priority, or First-Class?

Also, USPS quoted a higher price than what was actually generated through PayPal for a few of the European orders. Yours was quoted at $35.67, but the actual was $31.06. I'll be issuing the refunds for those that were affected over the weekend.

More Payments Received
Received more payments this morning and I'll be dropping off your orders to the Post Office today. Everyone who has paid as of 9:28 AM CST should have a tracking number for your order.

It's really expensive

Your actual price turned out to be $35.27, so yours is one of the invoices that is due a refund of the difference.

That being said, your package was 2lb 10oz and shipped from zip code 37013. If we had gone flat-rate, the price would have been $59.95. By shipping-by-weight it was $24.68 less. First-class shipping would have been $26.73, but as we discussed at the start, Priority Mail was chosen as the method of shipping. Please check my math at http://postcalc.usps.com.

so ive been typing on these all day on the my ergodox

pros:
- the high profile is great for typing comfort and even gaming, feels like my model m in that aspect
- makes cherry MX feel more sturdy and less wobbly and cheap,
- the quality is higher than GMK in my opinion.
- The color on these is much better than i thought they would be, my wife doesnt like them but they are very manly, im wondering how it would have been though if instead of green, a darker tan be used, in the case of the ergodox i actually could snag some replacement keys in different color from SP if they ever appear in inventory.

cons:
- not really enjoying them that much with my lighter mx reds, too much impact. i can see that blacks would feel better with these. I'm tired of mx red in general and plan on doing a switch swap to ergo or stock clears with these. i put one of these on a stock clear and felt really awesome and super tactile.
- like mentioned below the height is just a tad too tall for a ergo dox, you have to realize SA sits higher on the switch mount than DCS and DSA so height+mount leads to a really tall key cap. look at a model M and see how much the key cap is sunk in. So resting my wrist is impossible on the full hand style case. Once i transplant this to the classic case and use my wooden wrist rest (ergodock) which sits higher then this problem will be solved,
-those with full hand ergodox or anyone with a normal keyboard and thin wrist rest should keep this in mind that the caps are too tall to be used with thinner/short wrist rests.
- final con is that because its R3 for all 3 main rows, it has the same problem DSA users or scissor switch keyboard users have and that is you can accidentally wonder off if you are a touch typer like me, sculpted keys usually prevent this. If you are new to the ergodox and a touch typer i would not recommend SA

ok thats all for me in this mini-review/rant

Time for my usual morning update!

All orders that have invoices paid have been shipped. No new payments have been received as of this morning @ 11:18 AM CST.  With no shipping duties today, that leaves me with time to complete the invoicing process.

I have 22% of the invoices left to generate and those should be completed by the end of the weekend. Again, I thank everyone that is still waiting for their invoice for their patience.

I really have to commend mashby on a fantastic packaging job. I am genuinely shocked that shipping and handling only cost as much as it did with the quality packing job these caps received.

Here's a few pictures of the set on a full size board while I try to find my camera charger.

Also, are there any extras of the VL kit? I feel pretty dumb for not having ordered one but this keyboard could really use the accent colors it has.

There aren't any leftovers, but I think there will be a few people selling them given how many they ordered.

mashby.. I received the caps yesterday. Excellent job on the sorting, packing and shipping!

Jil.. Hell of a group buy. Awesome job, man!

A few comments on the key caps..
* They look really, really nice. They feel great.
* I love the matte surface! All GBs should go that route. :-)
* It's nice having the full size backspace and shift keys.
* The caps do fit pretty tight on the switches, as others have commented. SP's Round 4 SPH caps are not this tight. Just have to be careful when removing the caps, use a puller and lift straight up.
* I didn't realize the windows would be green. Thought they'd be clear. No biggie.
* Great colors on the lily caps
* I slightly miss having the full sculpted profile, but this is a good compromise.

Thanks again for the amazing GB!

I just put these on my red-switches QFR, and they look nice. :)

The only problem is, for my board, they're actually kind of loose. Not like fall-off loose, but definitely not too tight. Also, the stabilizers fall right out, I had to glue those in place on the space bar.

Ouch, glue was probably not the right choice... Usually a small square of tape will do the trick.

Well, it hasn't dried yet, I can try that. I just did the spacebar, none of the other keys really need stabilizers.
