as you currently already use twitch, perhaps consider running the show in a googlehangout, so people can either use a cam or not, there preference and stream it on twitch, so people can tune in live each week, but also release it in its current format so people can listen in for more convenience, there would also be a chat on twitch, and not that you wanna derail the format and flow of the show by constantly interacting with the chat, but you could have a section, or if a relevant topic comes up and someone is in the chat you could get them to hop on, or have a small section of the show answering chat questions etc
