Man you're going all out with the giveaways! I with I could enter but I'm holding out for a Kishsaver. Thanks for doing this for the community!

Hot digity.  I have 0 custom keycaps for my bs boards :(.  I am an avid IBM BS enthusiast.  My current boards.

Unicomp 103 key USB keyboard

Terminal IBM M keyboard

IBM M2 keyboard

IBM 4704 107 key (currently undergoing restoration.

Edit:  Forgot to mention, it would rotate between my 107 key and Unicomp as it would match the color schemes of both quite well :)

wow. I love that cap but I don't love my IBM boards. I have a model F XT and a model M, both are far too big for my desk. :p
so I'm not gonna enter this one I don't think.

just posting to say... the love is strong around this time here on GH! keep it up - whether by just being nice or being extra nice with giveaways... :)

cheers dustinhxc! :)

So yeah, I would love you long time for this.
I'm a big fan of all of Hipsters work in general and would love to adorn my SSK with his art.
I'm actually lucky enough to already own 2 topre Mummy II's and would definitely keep the sharing going by giving away one of them if I win.

This is my SSK, currently in the progress of bolt modding and converting to ISO layout, just waiting for proper tools:

Thanks for doing the giveaway.

I don't have any BS KBKs, and would LOVE this cap, but I do have two BS novelties so I think that some people without any novelties would be more deserving.

I'm posting this as an "entry", but also letting you know that I think someone else would be a better selection.  :P

Loving the giveaways, dustin.   :-*

I've been hoping for a nice BS novelty cap for my Model M and new 4704 Model F 107-key, and KBK's are by far my favorite novely caps out right now.

It would go on my current work-from-home board, my trusty, bolt-modded, May 1986 1390120 Model M (brief worklog and info in sig):

Though, once I am done converting and painting my 107-key 4704 (currently I'm planning to have it powder-coated in industrial grey), I think it may go on that, as it will be my future work-from-home board:

The grey Mummy II would go great with both boards, and I'd be honored to give it a good home  :thumb:

Well, I just gave away two of my Checkeys and sold the other at cost, so I don't really have any BS novelty caps anymore.  I really think that kap would be perfect for my F AT and would give me an excuse to stop delaying and actually pop it open and clean it out.  As a huge fan of symmetry over tradition, the kap would help give my F AT a symmetrical look.

Also, since I helped Hipster out a some when he was starting out and he's no longer around in his current iteration, it would be awesome to have a piece of his work to hold onto to really see how far he's come.

In any case, I'm sure it will go to someone deserving regardless of who gets it.  Thanks for doing an awesome little giveaway.

I have no mummies at all.  None.  Not buckling spring, Topre or MX.  None.

I also think gray keycaps are pretty neat, although I have few enough of them.

Should I be fortunate enough to be chosen as the recipient of this most generous prize, it would find residence on the keyboard below:

It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

If you insist.  :P

Here's the gaping hole that needs to be filled by a KBK BS cap.  ;)  Clearly my 4704-62 is incredibly deprived and devoid of all excitement, so this cap is essential for...reasons...

Oh a mummy!

So I received this board from Moose about 2 weeks ago for use in my classroom.  I am part of a program called Teach For America here in San Diego, and teach the computer science and environmental science class.  My students are entirely low income and come from underrepresented groups in college.  We will have it mounted onto the wall, along with a couple other boards to teach students the history of keyboards and give them a positive incentive for working hard and with each other(building character and leaders)

The plan is to have the best student, or student that displays our classroom culture (teamwork, honesty, achievement, creativity, fun, respect), be able to use the boards the next day.  Most of these students are amazing, but lack the knowledge or skills to do well in school as none of their teachers have taught them how to be successful.  I have brought in my hhkb, rf 55g, and ergodox in for them to use for coding, and it has been an amazing way to get them to work hard, and learn to enjoy working hard and pushing themselves.  I would love to have an artisan cap to put on this board (once the RGB modifiers come in) and have them be able to use this awesome piece of history to contrast their brand new computers.  I have shown them CC's and BBv2's and they loved it!  I would love to be able to show them some awesome kbks as well!
