Reference is to the Miami Twice episode of Only Fools and Horses in which Del-boy goes to Miami and discover the Don who looks like like Del (Similar to how this is the second round of the Miami set, a doppelganger of the original set). The styled "Miami Twice" is obviously a play on the Miami Vice logo and when I first watched the episode I thought the use of "Twice" was not only a play on "vice" but also twice the Del, twice the fun. Although I didn't really like the episode, great series though.

P.S, bunny you know I'm a sucker for British Comedies. Ni.
