It's only the last few years that have been east coast centric. Earlier on, it was really hard to get the east coasters to band together for meetups. I remember that New York of all places didn't have a local meetup until surprisingly late.

Awwwe man I was so excited to go to New York next year! We love it there and were dying for an excuse to go back. Didnt know this changes each year. Denver would be pleasant! Peaceful and fun.

Well since I actually had to vote I picked Denver. Atlanta is too sweaty (Plus ATL is the worst airport I've tried to fly out of), and Vegas is too hot (plus there's no way I'll bring enough money to have all of the fun Vegas has to offer).

I don't think Denver or Vegas is a bad choice. Vegas has better infrastructure/public transit options(in my opinion). Denver has prettier scenery. Both have great restaurants and good weather depending on the month. Either way I'm just glad to see some non east coast choices.

I can see Vegas being pretty distracting. I think ATL is a great city, and it's my home town so I would love to see that. Denver nice too though.
