Old list is here:
More
I am moving this to a new thread just because the main Retro DSA thread has gotten unwieldy.

Out of the 100,000 keycaps shipped, there were around 40 that were wrong.  So as a percentage, not bad, but if you were impacted, you want your fix ASAP.

I have gone through all of my PM history, and as far as I can tell, this is the current list of missing/extra keycaps.

UPDATE 13-June-2013:

Everything except GeorgeK (his choice) has gone out in today's mail.

US and Korea went out individually via USPS First Class mail.  You should have received a notification from Stamps.com.

Everything for Europe went out USPS Priority Mail to Matt3o with your keycaps and a mailing address label in separate little bags in bubble-wrap in the box.  Matt3o should have gotten a notification, but no one else.

I will compile and then fulfill another list after this one, as not everything has made it all the way to members yet.

User Needs Extras/Notes Status Location
dorkvader T, Plum INS O Shipped US
feng Numpad 1 & 3 Shipped US
fireglow period, Plum numlock Shipped Ready Germany
GeorgeK 625dsa, 0), numpad 5 Ordered via tjcaustin Waiting UK
Gizzard F7 F5 Shipped again US
hellocodes 700dsa Received US
Hilo59 Plum Errata Shipped US
Hzza 700dsa Shipped United Kingdom
Jin Kim Numpad 4 & - Shipped Korea
KIM MINCHUL dished J Shipped Korea
Krogenar 700dsa Shipped US
Laladila comma period Shipped France
MadScientist46 \| Shipped Germany
Matt3o Brown Errata, 600dsa Shipped Italy
prdlm2009 T Shipped US
soulfree914 700dsa Shipped Korea
Turbo Slaab 625dsa Received US
winzds Kit07 Shipped US
WSA /? 9( Shipped US

BLUE = SHIPPED; GREEN = SHIPPING; YELLOW = READY TO SHIP; ORANGE = WAITING FOR KEYCAP(S)

Ready to ship means that I have pulled everything, but that I am waiting to ship everything for a country/region at once.  For example, I am going to ship all the items for Europe to Matt3o, who will then transship them to Germany, France and the UK.

If your order is YELLOW, but you have an address in the US where I can ship, let me know and I can toss your keycaps in the mail now.

Please confirm here or via PM.  Some of these I have spares to cover, others I need to get from SP, which may take a week +/-.

If I missed you, please reply and/or send me a PM and I'll add you to the list.

Thanks very much!

I can confirm, missing the brown 1.5unit \|.
At the moment I have the plum one on my Pure to go nicely with the plum mods. It looks amazing and I still start grinning when I sit down at my desk and look at them, so no need to hurry here. ;D

Thanks again to you samwisekoi, matt3o, and of course all of the helpers, for making this possible!!!!

You've got mine spot on - thanks.  Like I said in the PM, as tjcaustin proxied mine to me (and thus I've never actually paid international shipping to you) I'm happy to cover / contribute to shipping.

Cheers

I can confirm that I am missing a non-deep dish T.  As a result I now have two deep dish T's.  I could part with one if somebody needs it.

I also have two stepped shift locks.  I can part with one if necessary.  I never did receive a stepped Caps Lock from Kit 3.

Samwisekoi, you did send me a couple caps after I sent you a PM, but it was another deep dish T and stepped shift lock, both of which of I already had.  I did appreciate the follow up, though.   I also appreciate this thread.

Just realised I am also missing a 0) key but received two B's - is it still possible to have a 0 key sent to me via matt3o?

Thanks again

OK, either way.  I have plenty myself.  Matt3o must really want to ensure we have enough.  Do let me know if you want another.  It's a buck to ship to the Megalopolis.

Sorry for missing that one item in the six lines of that post. ;)

So the individual keys missing would have been SP... whole kits missing would have been us.

We did awesome! Those confusing space bars were the worst.

Sorry Hilo, that missing plum errata was probably me. My eyes were a bit fuzzy by the end.

Anybody that got a spacebar, check and see if the person that packed it on the packing slip was "IN"...that would be me. If it's correct, your very welcome. If it's wrong, bummer for you and I'm sorry. But I feel I did an excellent job and you should hire me to pack your key caps again. I only licked a few of the spacebars.

Cool, looks like I got everything I ordered! :)

I will pop them in on my CM QFR TKL and throw some photos in main thread tonight:)

I just noticed that one key from UK layout is not covered by any kits. I'm going to put Commodore key cap there :D
It's this "¬" key in left top corner. Is that correct?

So the key produces:

` with no modifier
¬ with shift
¦ with alt-gr

It's pretty much the most useless key ever. Even scroll-lock gets more use.

Note: I absolutely was not complaining - just suggesting sticking ~` on it instead.

No, I meant what is that SYMBOL used for?  Does it add poshness or some other peculiar British thing?  Contrariwise, is it used to indicate dropped haitches?  Or to indicate syllables that are silent in words like Worchester?  Or extra, as in aluminiminium?

Sam, I wasn't complaining, just noticed it now when received my keys. No biggy, I never used it, simply put ~ instead, so it's cool:)

P.S. I think what this key does is, when you press it being in UK, it secretly orders fish&chips to your door :)) Never pressed it, too scared of who's gonna deliver it :))

Its the queen; although she doesn't deliver up north unfortunately.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Hi,

I love the set. Great work on the groupbuy! Small issue: I got 2x F5 plum and I'm missing an F7 PLUM.
If you can send me one, that would be great. Send me an invoice to cover shipping costs.
Thanks!

Just out of interest, when is stuff going to start to go to region proxies?

Got it.  This explains the set on the previous page with 2 F7 and no F5.

Probably when I have all of the missing keycaps together.  Possibly sooner if I send them out First Class.

Apologies for the double post but are you offering replacements for damaged caps?  My num pad 5 has a big-a$$ scratch along the front of it...

Not to worry if not - just thought I'd ask

Cheers again

I don't have a Numpad 5, but I can try to acquire one.  Was it scratched when you took it out of the little baggie?

Yeah - I've just taken it out for the first time (see main thread for pic) and noticed it. Don't worry if you can't but if you could I'd be (even more) grateful.

Cheers mate

George

Edit: Not that you can see it that well in that pic but trust me - it's there!

UPDATE 12-June-2013:

Missing keycaps came in from SP today, and I went through and filled all the missing items on the list on the OP.  Everything listed there is ready to ship.

I can ship them all individually via First Class USPS mail, or I can put them in a box and send them to a regional proxy.  Matt3o has volunteered to do this for Europe, but I have no one to do so for Korea.  I will of course be doing this for the US.

It is not clear to me that either of the two paths are faster or more reliable than the other.  Regional proxying has the advantage of getting them all out of the US right away, with (probably) only one customs stop.  Individual shipments would be direct from me to you, but not tracked and may be slow or fast depending on your post office.

Please reply to this thread with any preferences/opinions about shipping.  Also, please let me know if you are willing to re-mail a couple of packages within Korea.

I will compile and then fulfill another list after this one, as not everything has made it all the way to members yet.  I do not need redundant notification, but it doesn't hurt either.  PM on GeekHack is best.

Update posted in OP...

Everything has shipped!

US and Korea via USPS First class in individual shipping envelopes.

Europe to Matt3o in Italy via USPS Priority Mail for intra-Europe trans-shipment.

Time to start another list.

DrugER,

I am sure that the group buy operators have been in communication with you, but I was wondering if you needed a deep dish T or a regular T.  I have an extra deep dish T that I can spare.  Let me know.
Wish I had some gif or quote for this space, but I got nothing
