Actually from Hong Kong to AUS it take within 1week , but from the AUS post office to your place it might take time.

I received an "order update" email with a tracking number when the order shipped.

Did you get an order confirmation email? If so then that should have a link in it that you can click to check the order status.

Also, have you checked your spam folder?
