If somebody receives a Blue Gray case, could they take a photo of it? The color looks different to the color in the OP.

Also interested in alternative photos of this case in this colour.  Hopefully it will look yuck as that will restrain me from placing a second order  :-X

No worries! It's still a gorgeous case and I'm grateful you posted so many photos. I'm especially thankful that you included a picture of the inside.

Wow that's a great looking case.

It was well packaged?

Yeah twas well packed. Though the feet and screws are not with the case. So whoever thinks they don't have feet in there double check the package :)
It has a very tiny as ding on the left hand side of the case. Don't have a macro lens to capture it, tho its not that noticeable.

THANKS FOR THE GROUPBUY FENG! :)

One does not simply make an MKC Aluminum Poker Case look ugly by slapping on a bad color.

So it arrived today whilst I was at work.  The granite grey can look like black to my eyes and the colour coordinated feet isn't really that.  However I'm not complaining.  A lovely case and its really tempting to put in an order for another.  As you can see it fits my poker II just fine.

Huge huge thanks Feng.

I would like to ask something about the alu casing. Can you ask MKC to send it to my agent's address ( which is at China ) ?
So that can save up some postage fee, you know right US to MY is quite a pain...
Hope to hear from you soon!

The 3 pieces left in the first batch (US orders) will be shipped to me in 1-2 days and I should receive them in 3-5 days.

Yeah since you paid the DHL - $30 shipping, I knew you meant shipping from China. :)

Was pretty much ready to order Blue Grey but had some second thoughts about the color looking at this picture.

Blue Gray(7031) looks really light compared to OP picture and on ralcolor.com

The Traffic on that picture looks alot like the the Claret while naokira's and OPs Traffic has more of a orange tone

Just read through the thread again and noticed that this question was asked before. Sorry about that.

It could well be lighting and white balance.  It's not easy to get colors shown correctly on a monitor.  I battle with it every day when taking photos of random things I paint, my animals, and in general.  I have to tweak images to get the colors right, even after tweaking white balance on my camera.  I take a photo of something green and it looks blue-green--as an example--before I do anything to it.  Calibration is a big factor, but then also my display may be calibrated differently from yours, so we won't see that Traffic red the same way.

I'm well aware that screen calibration, WB and lighting play a huge role.
For the record I'm using a calibrated monitor.

The traffic pictured in OP matches the color of Naokira's traffic but not the one in the picture above.

I don't see what's so wrong about asking for clarification about this.

I think photoelectric was referring to the comment on blue grey, mentioning that it looked light.  And to me it does look very light, I agree with what you said, but my guess is that it's just a glare/lighting issue.  And I think that's what photoelec was pointing out too.  Not the comment on the red ones.  :)  (I could be wrong though!)

I'm guessing that too.
Was simply pointing out that since both the traffic and the blue colors don't match OP and Naokira's it must be the picture.
On ralcolor.com blue gray is quite dark.

I was trying to say that objects can look differently depending on lighting and then there's white balance and monitor calibration.  The red could have looked differently at that angle and lighting even in person.  Then combine that with the rest of the factors.  Just because some of the colors seem to match, doesn't mean they all would when photographed by someone else.  My camera likes making greens bluer no matter how much I battle with it.

Perhaps try again?  Or have you waited long enough?  I believe he gets bombarded with e-mails / PMs, as he's selling so many things all the time.  But he does eventually reply!  He needs an army of elves to handle PM services :)
