I don't think the garbage bag bunny beats the ice cream cone thing.  I mean its like junk food that has smoke coming out of it and the two faces are obviously high.  One of them cant even open his eyes, and the other has the munchies.  Not to mention the blunt sitting ontop of his ear.

As for the CC Skull is  was never up for sale, a mistake  on my part when putting the designs up. It is to test edge to edge design, only for testing, not for sale.

As for the hapster I was unaware it was copyright by litster. I shall ask him for permission.

In all honesty, it should work out, my only concerns at the moment, are the finishing of the joints (I will be chemically welding them).

I made a alpha, a couple of days back, just to test how each part fit, the design was corrected according to that, and let's await the results of this experiment.

My PayPal has been activated so I can now invoice, I am ready for that. I'll be creating a Order Form today, so once I get an idea of how long shipping takes from my place, I'll start sending out the invoices.

Nothing at the moment kind sir, the idea is in place, I got certain parts made around a week or so back (Before starting the this thread); however not the complete keycap. I got samples of the mounting (Blue), the side walls (Green), the inner support (Yellow), and the top acrylic (Red). There were certain issues:
1. I was an ass and forgot the tops at the shop
2. I hadn't accounted for the small crevice thickness created by the laser and thus the inner support and mounting were not a perfect fit, and same goes for the inner support and walls. I got measurements and have thus made corrections to the design, there is now .1mm allowance along each contact surface for the crevice. Meaning the mounting is 5.2mm long, then the cutout for it in the inner support would be 5mm.

Based on these easily reversible errors, fact that the mounting fit nearly perfect, the side wall at 1mm thickness were pretty sturdy, yet I increase them to 1.5mm thickness; I felt this was worth doing.

The parts. These were made before this thread was created, these and the testing of the GH 6th Anniv. KeyChain were done together. Height and colors ar ejust what the laser cutter had lieing around:


First the mounting:


As you can see the outer fit is nice, thus i have only increased the width by .2mm. Also reduced the thickness of the arms of the + by .1mm. You can also see how the crevice turn out (G.Ming is not etched but marked with a half-cut outline)

The gap between the mounting and inner support. I have redued the dimensions of the cutout to compensate for the thickness of the laser beam:


The gap between the wall and inner support. I have expanded/reduced the edges where they meet to compensate for the thickness of the laser beam:


Comparison of wall width and keycap outer dimensions. Key was slightly smaller than I expected, thus I have increased the size and also made the inner walls 1.5mm:


Finally some pictures of how the etching looks. You can see that wherever the acrylic is etched, it is recessed:

Yeah, I'm fine now. And I would have no problems with anyone backing out from any of my projects, I might have done so too if I was on the other side.

I do have a temper problem, I agree and I know, but the outburst is more like once a year, when everything just builds up and then I vent like crazy.

Since other people's money is involved, I won't go crazy. And honestly, had yesterday's drama occurred after I had received payments, first thing I would have done in anger, would have gone to PayPal and smashed the refund button.
