The row 4 key to the right of shift for ISO UK should be \| and the key to the left of ISO enter on row 3 should be ~# and the the shift modifier of 3 should be £.

I'm not sure what form of ISO this kit supports exactly? Can someone educate me a bit?

AFAIK the ISO keys are just to make the set fit on an ISO (not necessarily UK) keyboard - you will still have US legends including the double # etc.

When will the ISO enter key survey close, and the results be released to us? I don't think that I would want to purchase this set if it did not have a green enter key.

EDIT: Just looked at the new renders, and saw that the (ISO Add-on)# key next to the ISO enter has an ' above it. Are there any versions of ISO that have ' instead of ~? ISO UK certainly doesn't.

But when sets include support for HHKB layouts and a multitude of other (probably) more niche setups, it makes you wonder why at least ISO UK can't be supported, since after the small shift and ISO enter, its only 4 different keys. It may seem to be asking a lot, but when you look at the price (including the wait time and the shipping to the UK) and also the additional child sets that are included, it is pretty demoralising to know you still can't properly equip your board.

It's a slippery slope though. You're asking non UK ISO users to pay for your keys (lets face it a large % of users don't need them) and this is a GMK set which is not cheap or easy to produce.
This topic has been beaten to death in just about every GMK GB

If I was using another form of ISO, I'd find it pretty demoralizing to be forced to use UK ISO layout! It's really impossible to please everyone. Just look at the Granite international compatability set:

This is WITHOUT any consideration of key profile (DSA is the same on each row)... My girlfriend uses the Canadian multilingual standard keyboard which is also a ISO layout and not even Granite supports it

Anyone can get UK ISO caps made. All you need to do is find 250 UK ISO users and get a compatibility GB going.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for with my original question of "Are there any versions of ISO that have ' instead of ~?" before people started getting shirty. Seeing that GMK is a German company, I now see no problem with the key legends in this set, and will be purchasing it as soon as the ISO enter colour is confirmed.

Point well made. Of course I am biased, I'd love to see it as an optional child set of some sort though.

I wonder what the actual numbers are for people using this set for HHKB layout vs ISO UK, or any of the other ISO layouts.

Maybe it's time I sold up all my keyboard and re-bought in ANSI!

Alright, again I apologize to the ISO users, but really, it's quite complicating for the ANSI users to determine what is the proper layout for ISO users as some of you have pointed out, there's so many different iso layout out there

On the other hand, it's quite difficult to add in keys for ISO because they add up the cost of the whole set when majority of the community doesn't need them. We tried to include support for the ISO keys without ballooning the price.

If you look at the ISO survey response sheet, I think you would probably understand why it's so difficult.
Here's the screenshot I took like 5 minutes ago.

Only 6 people responded.

Sorry to say, but at this stage, I can safely say that we won't be adding any Enter key for ISO.

Probably allocated enough funds to pay for 150 sets straight up. That way he could pay GMK quickly and get this produced. That way he only needs to be reimbursed for the 150 sets and can get production started as soon as possible.
