I'm thinking the colored mods will be separate from the base kit and included in an alternate color mod or their respecctive novelty kit. Is that a good idea?

Yea that could work, seperate color mod kits or just one bigger kit with both? Big kit makes the price higher but makes reaching moq more assured.

Yeah, if I nclude the color mods with the novelties I'll probably have to split Eva from Flash/Iron Man if the price is too high. Nothing's final as always

I am considering letting PMK make this available if they want. Otherwise, waiting for another run will probably take more than a year, there's just too many sets in the works, and most of them are SA.

Just check classifieds or /r/mechmarket or other online shops, I'm sure it will pop up once the sets have shipped.

The photos show order quantities for each kit I think, and I didn't really check but from a glance the only sure kit with extras is the base.

Yeah, your best bet may be the second-hand market. PMK may stock some, but who knows?

Yeah, it's not a homing key at all. Maybe they thought "deep dish" like the regular caps, since they're curved anyway?

USPS.... we put in a mail hold for Th/Fr while out of town.  USPS shipping info for the set shows a delivery was attempted and notice left yet also shows that the mail hold is in place.  No notice when we got home so I'm wondering if that info is even accurate.  Hopefully it's still sitting at the local post office waiting for us to pick up.

Yeah I wasn't having any bites though and someone offered my a GMK Cyrllic set with WKL and HHKB kits

Its not deep dish, but I used it as an extra novelty key in which case I would have loved it to be the same profile as the ESC key novelties.  Maybe when you run your next GB, we could have four novelties for those top rows, if nothing else they could replace ESC, Pause, Scrl, and PrtScr.  I just used it for the new DSX board since that keyboard has 4 extra keys on top for volume control.  It still looks perfect though (scratch that, looks AMAZING) so only a suggestion, certainly not a complaint
