Well here we go again. Was asked by a friend of mine to make a keyset for his Mira keyboard and i'd like to introduce you GMK Eclipse.

My intentions for this keyset are not as high as for Carbon. Thus it will not end up as fancy as Carbon. Maybe i will do some Novelties for it. But lets just get the first look on it.

Since its GMK its obvious this will be done in Cherry profile.

I hope to run this keyset through Massdrop in order to reach wider audience and because i got already good experience working together with Yanbo.

Will this be run without the red accents?

Or what if the accents were a different color? Maybe neon green, magenta, or BoW?

I like the rest of the set, though.

Looks really nice. I don't love the red accents, but the base is very nice.

For accent keys i do consider right now only the red one. But i can imagine to use violet (maybe an off magenta) accents too. I need to play with colors little bit.

Looking pretty! Lots of beige/white sets this year so far, this is a good balance.

Would love an Eclipse sword you have for as a backspace or enter. And icon mod addon pack if text mods are used in the base set!

Quite a cool colour combination, that said, I'm thinking the yellow looks a tad too... yellow? To my eyes it looks more banana yellow than a warm moonlight glow!

Since the concept here is an eclipse would the remaining right side (for ANSI 104) be mostly blue or black?

Also, I like that it still has a feel to the Yuri with the orange buttons.

love the concept, but those modifiers a little bit remind me of GMK Plum Modifiers.

carbon ,yuri and this eclipse, you are always to discover the comfortable contrast between legend colors and base colors , alpha colors and modifier colors

Eclipse is the same idea but inverted. Much better job on contrast with legends too. Great job. I plan to pick up a set if you start a GB.

agree, nautilus's colorway is pretty good and the yellow keys and red novelty stand out and are compatible with other colors.
This colorway is pretty good as well and the contrast colors between legend and base , alpha and modifers are rather harmonious, but the red stand out too much for me.

Changed the accent keys to burgundy btw more darkish red.

Keep in ming the accent keys are just an option and you can still make a setup without the accent keys.

Yes its between white and yellow. Which color defines moonlight glow? It depends on the situation and moon can glow in different shades. Thus there is no definition for moonglow color. Anyway that white yellow color was chosen because it hormonizes well with that blue and it matches the yellowish glow a moon can have.

Violet is complicated color. The yellowish legends do not match really. But if then probably like this.

What about Icon mods ? I know there is almost zero love for Icon mods here but I find those very clean looking.
Anyway, a nice colorway and very clean looking.

Eclipse will be done in this version:

It looks more more mature to me and of course many of you would also see rather this version with violet accents.

I think the burgundy Enter and Esc suit better with the theme and also create a better contrast for the set. During a lunar eclipse you can actually see the moon in red and dark red, burgundy-like color. I don't think we have purple moon

I really like this mix of colors with the violet. Definitely feels like an eclipse.

If it ends up with ErgoDox + Dvorak, I'd buy this for sure. Might buy it anyway.

Very interesting colorway. Reminds me of GMK Adventure night a little, but with the black alphas is way more appealing to me than Adventure night. Great work as always T0mb3ry, hope this set becomes a reality!

Have you try swapping base color of the alpha with the modifier? Black squishing the purple at the enter key might seem a little better imo.

Oh look how similar the logos are. Well the idea of a logo is simialr. Say one planet covers other and the last flash light :))

But well this Eclipse is not intended to honor Eclipse IDE, though i've already worked with it. However if some one likes Eclipse IDE then feel free to relate it.

That will make the colorway brighter, which is not intended.
