Like me, for instance, I will be doing just that. Selling what I don't need for just what I have into them when this is over here.

Thanks guys! You're bumping up my pageviews count;)
As for prototypes, pcbcart have already amazed me with their speed and making stuff way before the scheduled date, but this time it seems it's not the case. So we're still waiting.

I read through your blog and I must say you have done a amazing job thus far on this. It will truly be worthy of the accessories I have planned for it. Absolute shame you don't see it after it is in the nice case and plate over it. :(
Might have to make a mirror shadow box for an extra board.  ;D

as soon as the testing of rev b finished, and he thinks he needs to change quite a bit.

Quite the contrary. I'm hoping I won't have to change anything except for silkscreen between B and C.
And yes, we have to test B first before we order 700 Cs;)

i'm really upset that i missed this. is there likely to be a big markup when people start selling their extra boards? i don't know how these things usually go.
I most likely will be selling parts for 2 GH60s once they arrive. I'll probably just sell them with no markup, depends on demand.

The last thing I read about it is that you will have direct asses to some leds with the main controller (wasd and other few) but the others will have  the matrix but will require an addon.

you are correct. the area labeled wasd is a good example of this as each of the resisters for the led's go in each of the w.a.s.d. labeled areas.

I wholeheartedly agree moose. I think I'll go PCB mount everything for my second one. Perhaps I'll cut a hole behind a stock Poker case and make a window so I can see the ode to SmallFry and the GH60 logo. The PCB looks too exceptional to hide behind a plate.

That is the universal plate Domo. You can run any setup with those (minus ISO, unless you got a Uni ISO).

since the distribution of the pcb/plate gp through jdcarpe/wfd or komar and you would get it with the plates from them in a package I would guess. (if you told 7bit to ship the switches for the GH60 project)

I know that it is the universal plate.
I was trying to point out that the upper left corner of the right shift is cut where the mounting hole is.
it is hanging in mid air. I know that it is thick steel and can take the flex of being used.
it just looks odd.
