android bluetooth dongle?

So, i've been looking for a way to use my android phone, as a bluetooth adapter for my laptop.

My intentions are connecting a wiimote to my pc, but i don't have bluetooth installed on my computer.

Yes, i know i can find bluetooth usb dongles for 2 dollars online, but where i live, they have to be shipped, or they cost around 10 dollars.  :(

Also, i googled for the answer, most said it wasn't possible, but i didn't want to end my search with only searching google.
