Man, my wife isn't gonna be happy, but I had to order a base set with the ErgoDox set. I like the color combo, but missed out on the order window around Xmas.

I'm still waiting for my Calm Depths caps to be shipped. I'm going to end up with 2 SA profile sets for my ErgoDox that is still in transit. Of course, I didn't order the blank caps with the ErgoDox - I wonder how easy it is to type on bare stems.

Well that's a huge disappointment. The original post says nothing about it being a single row it just says "Keyset is in SA profile and from SP". I have some doubts now because I tried a uniform DSA set from SP and could barely type. I think I really prefer a row-specific set. Can someone gently explain the benefits other than aesthetics and layout flexibility?

and to my understanding not every key is row 3, i think the function, bottom and number row are different, its just the alpha non numerical keys and there corresponding mods that are a uniform profile, so a  total of 3 rows

I may be in for one of the ErgoDox mod sets, but I'm a little confused on the actual color(s).
From the mockups I see that the base color is BED, but I notice that color codes are given on some of the keys.
Are there colored legends on some of the keys or all they all blank?

Edit: Read the thread like a smart person. The color codes actually are the legends, which is pretty cool.
