I think that could be troublesome for the post office to scan that many packages, many of which are identical, from the same customer. I'd minimize potential errors on their part and ship in smaller batches.

I have a keyboard that did this on some of the keycaps. It works a lot better on thick first-shots, but may still be possible here. You'll have to etch it pretty deep and you may as well infill it at that point.

I'm using PayPal to print the shipping labels. If the address on PayPal is different from the one you put in the order form, I use the one in the order form or the one you PM'd me to update.

Printed about 90 labels today.. Took longer than I thought it would. Even packing boxes seemed easier

I do a lot of shipping for KITEAID, so I feel ya on the label printing. It is really annoying, especially if you have to weigh every box. I am assuming you are guestimating on weight and dimensions?
