P.S. What are the opinions on ~ and | keys? I've seen them go every which way(either matching letters/#'s or matching modifiers or mix/match both ways). Should my | key be red too!?

That pic, like quite a few, seems to show a reasonable contrast between caps and legends on the yellow.  This is a Good Thing!

Keep an eye out - there might be a few floating around Classifieds, or maybe even certain vendor forums, at some stage.  Also KeyPop had some polycarb space bars made up - some of those might become available too.  If those are anything like the BumbleBee space bar - they are great!

Our opinions don't matter - just do whatever you like most  :p

Technically the "~" and the "\" key should be the same color as the rest of the alphas, because they clearly are not Modifier keys.

Personally, I'd use the yellow caps for those 2 keys for perfect symmetry, but as I said that's totally up to you  :)

If you're the sort that worries about those things, you can always try what I do: only alphas one color, everything else (numerics, punctuation, and modifiers) another. Once my set is here I'll be posting pics :) Can't wait!

How do you feel about the Red interiors with the red exterior caps? I'm thinking of doing something similar on my board.

And the ETA on Sherryton's site says January, I guess he's waiting on spacebar too.  Maybe Tai Hao finally realize there's a market for this layout.

For the spacebars. That's why they let me to go with that low MOQ because they said they have another project for it.

Oh I remember seeing that post, but I guess I just didn't know what colour options they're willing to do.

lol yeah I kinda suspect as much about the spacebar when I saw this.  Now I wonder if they're willing to develop proper mold for window and menu key.

Very soon the market will be flooded with Tai Hai keycaps.  :P

The major selling point when THIS GB started was a full set of DS (minus space bar) for $6.50.

If they accept custom colour orders for an extra price, we might not have made the MOQ.

Even with the couple of little additions, $9 for the sets in this GB - people could hardly refuse to join in!

i wanted to do an RGB set for CTRL, SHIFT, and ALT keys for my keyboards but I realized that I needed more table space to go through all the keycaps and the wife wasn't too impressed, lol.

I didn't mean to point out the difference, just wanted to know if there were purple OEM mods.

Look on the bright side, sherry will be getting purple, pink and lime green, we'll only miss orange :D

Looks good to me.  With so many colors going on, you can barely see the height difference.

I don't know if this has already been asked (never seen it in the thread) but do you have any idea how the caps are getting to Europe? Is it likely to be airmail or freight?
